  • How do I get started?

Click the “Sign Up” button at the top of the homepage, then fill in the required information, including your email address, password, and personal details. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

  • What documents do I need to provide?

In order to have your account verified, you need to provide the following documents: 

1. Proof of identity: ID card or Driving license (front & back side) or Passport (data page) 

2. Proof of residence: Utility bill or Bank statement that clearly indicates your full name and address, not more than 6 months old. 

 

Kindly note that the provided documents should be either clear photographs or PDF files and clearly show all 4 corners. Documents that are cropped, scanned or edited, will not be accepted.

 

  • How do I provide my documents?

Login in your account and open the submenu on the top right corner of your account. Click on Documents and you may proceed uploading the requested files. Alternatively, you can do the same process by clicking the Verify Identity tab.

 

  • What is Biometric Identification?

A selfie that includes both the individual's face and the provided ID, ensuring clarity, good lighting, and visibility of details.

 

  • Why do you need all this information?

We require this information to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, specifically 'Know Your Customer' (KYC) requirements. These regulations are in place to prevent fraud and money laundering, to protect minors and to maintain a secure and responsible gaming environment.

 

  • What happens if my documents are rejected?

If your documents are rejected, we'll send you an email explaining the reason. Common reasons include: 

Poor image quality: The document may be blurry or illegible.

Expired documents: Your ID or proof of address may be out of date.

Mismatch of information: The details on your documents may not match the information you provided during registration.

Incomplete documents: Parts of the document may be missing. 

 

The email will also include instructions on how to resubmit your documents correctly. Please review the reasons for rejection carefully and ensure your resubmitted documents meet our requirements. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.
