In order to have your account verified, you need to provide the following documents: 

1. Proof of identity: Passport (preferred) or National identity card (front & back of the document).

NOTE: Driving License and Resident Permit are not accepted.

2. Proof of residence: Utility bill (gas, water, electricity, internet, mobile) or Bank or credit‑card statement or Government‑issued letter or tax notice.
PDF, JPG or PNG are all fine. Screenshots from online banking are accepted if all corners and details are visible.

  • How do I provide my documents?

Login in your account and open the submenu on the top right corner of your account. Click on Documents and you may proceed uploading the requested files. Alternatively, you can do the same process by clicking the Verify Identity tab.

  • What is Biometric Identification?

A selfie that includes both the individual's face and the provided ID, ensuring clarity, good lighting, and visibility of details.

  • Why do you need all this information?

Check your spam folder first. If nothing is there after 48 hours, contact us via live chat with your e‑mail address and upload the files again (max 8 MB each).

  • What happens if I refuse to send/upload my documents?

We must pause your account (no logins, deposits or withdrawals) until verification is complete; further correspondence will be held until the required files arrive.
